We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide in-home skilled nursing care for Pediatric and Adult patients with complex needs such as gtube, trach, and vent care.
Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, providing services according to prescribed orders, and monitoring physiologic and psychosocial changes.
Qualifications include an active LVN license in the practice state, current TB or Chest X-Ray, BLS certification, and preferably one year of professional nursing experience.
Key skills involve assessing patient conditions, collecting and analyzing health data, and documenting nursing diagnoses.
