Your Role

As the Merchandise Leader, you serve as the Merchandise Team Leader’s right hand, ensuring the store meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. You execute effective floorsets, marketing, merchandising updates, and maintain “guest ready” through replenishment. You bring passion for visual standards and represent company values while working collaboratively with the team.

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Lead floorset execution—train and coach the floorset team, set productivity goals, and ensure all store areas meet floorset standards.
• Own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments, and replenishment while identifying merchandising opportunities.
• Maintain team understanding of AEO Brand Standards for merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, ensuring a fresh store look.
• Champion guest experience by prioritizing the merchandising team’s focus on the guest, celebrating wins and fostering recognition.
• Ensure store safety standards on the sales floor and stockroom, adhere to shrink‑reduction strategies, and follow AEO policies and procedures.

• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational, prioritization, and time‑management skills.
