Compensation
Pay Range: $16.50 - $24.50 per hour, with the actual hourly rate equal to or exceeding the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance, or premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

- Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom, ensuring team members execute customer service programs such as Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.
- Work with the store manager to ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed, especially during peak business hours.
- Assist the store manager in setting team member goals, providing feedback on goal achievement, coaching and mentoring team members, and ensuring team members remain current on their individual training.
- Assist in hiring by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling and participating in interviews, evaluating candidates, and collaborating with management to select qualified team members.
- Ensure the telephone is answered according to company policy.
- Process buy‑online/ship‑to‑store, hub‑to‑store transfers, and DC add orders promptly, and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
- Utilize the electronic outside purchase order ledger to handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and per procedure.
- Process retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently, issue refunds accurately, and return merchandise to the returns area correctly.
- Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before it leaves the store.
- Communicate Zipline messages, Image Maker tasks, and merchandising assignments, delegating and completing them as assigned.
- Ensure team members comply with company policies, including posted work schedules, approved changes, and proper clock‑in/out procedures.
- Perform all opening/closing duties, including day‑end procedures, verifying/securing deposits, preparing bank deposits, ensuring night security lights are on, locking doors, arming/disarming alarms, and securing delivery vehicles.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining the building, parking lot, exterior signage and lighting, computer hardware, in‑store service equipment, and delivery vehicles.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Required:
Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, RSS Certification. - Desired:
Certified Parts Professional Certification, ASE Certification. - Fluency in multiple languages;
Spanish highly desired.
