Primary Purpose

Supports the administration of employee benefits programs by performing routine tasks, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with employee inquiries to ensure smooth and compliant operations. Provides analytical insight, operational support, and customer service, while assisting advisors with plan development, compliance activities, and communications to ensure effective and compliant delivery of benefits to employees, retirees, and stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supports benefits advisors through research, analysis, plan design evaluation, and development of communication materials.
  • Assists with benefits program administration, including process improvements, compliance support, data requests, and special projects.
  • Provides operational support and data‑driven insights, including customer service to stakeholders and analysis/reporting to inform decision‑making.
  • Assists with enrollment processes for health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
  • Maintains accurate records of employee elections and updates in HR systems.
  • Coordinates with carriers for basic inquiries and status updates.
  • Reviews invoices for accuracy and flags discrepancies for resolution.
  • Participates in annual enrollment activities by scheduling sessions and preparing materials.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
