Key Lead - North County Mall, Hollister

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.

Schedule will vary weekly, with expectations of 12–16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. During peak time frames, hours may increase to support business needs.

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory or management experience not required.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
• Initiative and confidence.
• Adaptability and flexibility.

The starting rate for this position is $19.70 per hour. (Recruiting pay range for this position is $19.70–$19.70 per hour).
