Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: Sorts, cleans, prices, and stocks donated goods in a Goodwill store. Accepts donations and provides assistance on the sales floor as needed. Provides excellent customer service to donors and customers.
Responsibilities- Sort, inspect, clean, price, and tally donations produced for the sales floor.
- Push racks and carts to the retail floor and assist in stocking the floor and pulling merchandise.
- Open and close the donations area, accept and safeguard donations, and keep processing and donation areas clean, safe, and organized.
- Provide excellent customer service to donors and customers.
- Assist truck helpers and drivers in loading/unloading trucks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Education
:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred. Processor experience:
Preferred.
Experience for Processing Worker I:
Minimum of 6 months of recent experience or successful graduation from a GISD employment program.

Other Requirements
:
Knowledge of quality clothing and merchandise famous brand names is preferred.
