Dockhand​/Retail Associate

If you enjoy the great outdoors and all the lake has to offer, come join our team at Pardee Lake Recreation Area. Our California Lakes are noted for excellent fishing and boating. We have a dockhand/retail position available.

• Customer Service: greet customers, assist with product inquiries, provide recommendations, handle complaints and returns, and assist with boat rentals.
• Sales Transactions: process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or POS systems, handle cash, checks, and credit card payments, and count back change.
• Inventory Management: monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a well‑maintained shopping environment.
• Store Maintenance: keep the store clean and organized, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and safely.

  work with team members to meet sales targets, participate in training and development opportunities to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Greet and assist boat owners and guests upon arrival and departure.
• Secure boats to docks.
• Assist guests with docking procedures and educate them on marina regulations.
• Perform daily inspections of docks to identify safety hazards.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as repairing dock lines and heavy lifting of boats and motors.
• Clean and maintain marina facilities.

• Must possess a CA Driver's License.
• Boating knowledge preferred.

$16.90 per hour
