Customer Service & Sales
- Greets and assists customers in finding products; demonstrates customer service behaviors; actively listens to customer issues; promotes company products and services; partners with team members.;
Enterprise Fulfillment
- Monitors fulfillment systems; picks merchandise orders; packs orders per packaging requirements; completes Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities.; Operations
- Researches order shortages/overages; completes shipment check-in; manages order binning and system reporting; maintains stock area; processes order deliver and return transactions.;
General Operations
- Replenishes store inventory; participates in annual inventory process.;
Performance Standards
- Meets standards including shrink and safety, Omnichannel, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
