Job Overview
Mobile Associates (MA) work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T‑Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast‑paced environment where technology innovations, customer needs, and the retail experience are constantly evolving. They immerse themselves in meaningful connections with customers, using their skill to uncover needs and recommend device and service solutions.
This learning role prepares associates for the next level as a Mobile Expert through new employee training.
- Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers while providing a world‑class experience, helping customers resume their shopping journey, exploring individual needs, and demonstrating technology in‑store.
- Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, explain unlimited plans, complete training on the in‑store experience and knowledge of systems, while consistently learning about innovations in wireless technology.
- Establish relationships with T‑Mobile employees across channels, resolve issues to create a seamless environment, handoff small‑business leads, and support team initiatives for an inclusive workplace.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred (Required)

- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment (Required)
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while providing resolutions to issues.

$19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay.
