Overview
We are seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to guide prospective clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives.
Responsibilities- Meet with individuals and families facing immigration challenges, understand their situation, and help them make a clear, confident decision about their next steps.
- Manage consultations, follow‑up, and the pipeline with a high level of ownership.
- Build trust, communicate clearly, and consistently move conversations toward a decision.
- Base salary: $60,000
- On-target earnings: $80,000–$107,000+
- Performance-based bonuses (upside earning potential)
