• Base pay: $28.34 – $30.85 per hour to start.
• Target annual commission: $13,200.
• Guaranteed commission for up to 2 months during onboarding.

• 50% 401(k) match up to 7%.
• PTO eligibility after 30 days, up to 19 days annually.
• 5‑day, 40‑hour work week.

You will work inside a premium OEM automotive dealership, representing Dealer Tire as the go‑to tire expert. After completing a comprehensive, fully paid training program, you will:

• Engage customers on the service drive and sell tires to exceed assigned goals.
• Perform quick tire inspections.
• Identify and explain tire‑related issues, recommend service, and quote prices.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and dealership teams.
• Support store operations such as inventory, opening/closing, and reporting.

• 2+ years of retail, service, or sales experience; automotive experience preferred.
• Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Natural relationship builder with strong sales instincts.
• Comfortable using computer‑based tools and order systems.
