Best Buy is seeking a Pacific Sales Customer Service Specialist to ensure fast, friendly, accurate processing of customer transactions including new orders, returns and exchanges. You will also support sales staff with follow ups, deliveries, stock checks and inventory processes, while promoting accessories and service contracts.
The role requires a High School Diploma and at least 1 year in customer service or retail sales, with an Associate degree in Business Management preferred.
