Location: Escondido, California

Schedule: Overnight shift (Monday, Sunday, Thursday, Tuesday, Wednesday)

Pay Rate: $27 per hour. Valid exposed firearm permit and active CA guard card required.

As an Armed Security Officer you will serve and safeguard clients across industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more.

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

• At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Background investigation and drug screen in accordance with applicable laws.
• Participation in industry‑specific security/safety training programs.
• Compliance with licensing requirements as mandated by state or local laws.

* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
