Security Officer - Medical Campus Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the medical location, including lobbies, hallways, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, support entry screening protocols as directed by the location, and document security-related concerns, incidents, and/or policy violations.;
Assist with de-escalation during tense interactions, provide directions and general assistance to the public, and report hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel.
