This HVAC Installation Technician Lead role offers a varied install rate of $38 and up depending on performance for lead installers, plus install commissions, along with great benefits like:

You ll work full-time with a planned-out schedule that keeps your day focused and efficient. Each day, you ll have your projects lined up and ready to go. You ll start your day with a clear plan of installations to lead and complete. You ll handle a variety of projects, including installing water heaters, drains, and roughing in systems for residential and light commercial properties.

You ll work closely with our Install Managers and Warehouse Managers to ensure everything runs smoothly. As a lead, you ll guide team members on-site, keep communication strong with managers, and make sure daily goals are met.
