Position: Senior Commercial HVAC/R Technician

Location: Escondido, CA (Field-Based / Greater San Diego)
Pay: $35.00 – $48.00/hr + Port-to-Port Pay
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Ryan Refrigeration Heating & Air is seeking elite Commercial HVAC/R Technicians to join our San Diego team. We know that in Southern California, windshield time is work time. That’s why we pay Port-to-Port. You are on the clock from the moment you leave your driveway until you return home.

• The Diagnostics:
  Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC and Refrigeration systems. We fix what others can't.

• The Maintenance:
  Perform thorough PMs that actually prevent breakdowns (we don't just wash coils and leave).

• The Service:
  Manage your own truck inventory, communicate clearly with facility managers, and represent the Ryan brand professionally.

• The Rotation:
  Participate in an on-call rotation (approx. 1 week/month) to support our critical clients.

• 5+ Years Experience with Commercial HVAC and 5+ Years Experience with Refrigeration.

• Troubleshooter Mindset:
  You know how to use a multimeter and read a schematic. You find the root cause, not just the symptom.

• EPA Universal Certification:
  Non-negotiable.

• Clean Record:
  Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check/drug screen.

• $35.00 – $48.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
