• Complete award‑winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely, keeping it clean and equipped.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as a problem‑solver for each customer, listening to and understanding their needs and recommending efficient solutions.
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services to give them peace of mind.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property.
• Complete all required service‑related documentation on a handheld device for speed and accuracy.

Minimum Requirements:

• No experience required; training provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers inside businesses and/or homes.

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA‑compliant respirator when required.
• Work in various weather conditions.
