Responsibilities- Complete award‑winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers.
- Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
- Follow a route schedule and daily operation within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location.
- Operate a company vehicle safely, keeping it clean and equipped.
- Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
- Serve as a problem‑solver for each customer, listening to and understanding their needs and recommending efficient solutions.
- Meet with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services to give them peace of mind.
- Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property.
- Complete all required service‑related documentation on a handheld device for speed and accuracy.
- Competitive earnings starting at $22–$25 per hour, including a company vehicle with a gas card.

Minimum Requirements:
- No experience required; training provided.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers inside businesses and/or homes.
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA‑compliant respirator when required.
- Work in various weather conditions.
