Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong customer relations through predictive and preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Communicate with others to ensure that maintenance and repairs meet business needs.
• Maintain hands‑on knowledge of equipment operation to identify maintenance needs.
• Ensure safe use of equipment in the workplace.
• Identify, diagnose and/or repair equipment problems.
• Support installation, customization or upgrading of equipment.
• Maintain equipment, tools and workstations.
• Maintain a safe and productive work area.
• Perform maintenance related to medium‑pressure gaseous and cryogenic liquid systems.
• Be familiar with CNG/LNG/LCNG/H2 systems.
• Be familiar with PLC logic and troubleshooting.
• Willing to work overtime to meet customer needs on a split second notice.

• A demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair mechanical equipment.
• A commitment to working safely with high‑pressure gases and electrical components.
• A self‑starter with a can‑do attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Acceptable/insurable driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the U.S. without requiring visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
• Willing to travel up to 60% of the year.
