• Expected hourly rate of $24.00 – $26.00 per hour, commensurate with skill and experience.

• Provide excellent service to residents and support team members.
• Follow AIR’s process for completing basic apartment turns to prepare apartments for new residents.
• Perform resident‑requested repairs and routine maintenance, including plumbing, basic electrical, HVAC, appliances, etc.
• Provide technical direction and training to other technicians and support skill development.
• Assist with vendor quality management and perform move‑in/move‑out inspections.
• Responsibilities vary by skill set, community needs, mechanical systems, and season.

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a facilities or building environment.
• Proficiency in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, 7‑day work weeks, and on‑call shifts (at least one week a month).
• Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests after hours.
• Physical capability and willingness to lift heavy equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
