Why Join Our PRN Pool?
- Pay: $22 per hour
- Mileage:
Reimbursed after the first 50 miles (one‑way) - Priority scheduling:
Our staffing team will reach out to the PRN Pool first before opening shifts to the broader team. - Minimal commitment:
Just 1 shift per month required to stay active. - As‑needed flexibility:
Perfect for experienced CNAs with no current caseload. - Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.
- Work with the patient in their home to provide one‑on‑one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.
- Assist with the patients’ activities of daily living as well as personal care.
- Perform light housekeeping.
- Meal preparation.
- Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) according to plan of care.
- Remind patient to take medication as prescribed.
- Maintain records and documentation of services.
- Communicate with the patients’ family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient.
- Active CNA certification.
- No active patient caseload.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work on an as‑needed basis.
