Why Join Our PRN Pool?

• Pay: $22 per hour
• Mileage:
  Reimbursed after the first 50 miles (one‑way)
• Priority scheduling:
  Our staffing team will reach out to the PRN Pool first before opening shifts to the broader team.
• Minimal commitment:
  Just 1 shift per month required to stay active.
• As‑needed flexibility:
  Perfect for experienced CNAs with no current caseload.
• Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.

• Work with the patient in their home to provide one‑on‑one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.
• Assist with the patients’ activities of daily living as well as personal care.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Meal preparation.
• Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) according to plan of care.
• Remind patient to take medication as prescribed.
• Maintain records and documentation of services.
• Communicate with the patients’ family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient.

• Active CNA certification.
• No active patient caseload.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work on an as‑needed basis.
