Compensation

Minimum Offer $48,068.80 Maximum Offer $73,403.20

Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision, guidance, and support for clinical staff.
  • Facilitate communication between staff and management.
  • Prepare work schedules, assign personnel, evaluate work performance and initiate/make recommendations for personnel actions.
  • Maintain established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
  • Maintain required records, and reports for Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) purposes.
  • Organize, direct, and coordinate functions and activities in assigned areas.
  • Adjust staffing to meet needs and to provide adequate coverage of clinical areas.
  • Inspect areas daily for compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and standards and take appropriate action when violations occur in collaboration with Clinic Manager/Director.
  • If clinically trained, may assist provider(s) with examinations, procedures and other processes related to direct patient care, as needed.
  • Ensure adequate stock of supplies and proper functioning of equipment.
  • Use problem solving to recognize, anticipate and resolve clinical and patient care process problems in collaboration with the Clinic Manager/Director.
  • Track and report on clinical metrics and outcomes.
  • Participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new clinical staff.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure integrated service delivery.
  • Ensure staff attend all required meetings and training in the organization and within the clinic.
  • Perform other functions as required.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of three years working in healthcare setting required.
  • Minimum of three to five years of supervisory experience (health-related environment or other relevant setting) preferred.
  • Clinical training (MA, EMT, CNA, etc.) preferred.
  • BLS (AHA, Red Cross or ASHI Healthcare Provider) required.
