Job Overview

HVAC Tech – Full‑time – Presbyterian Espanola Hospital, Española, NM. Responsible for repairing, servicing, and maintaining HVAC systems within a healthcare facility to ensure optimal performance, safety, and comfort for patients, visitors, and staff. Emphasis on preventive and predictive maintenance.

Base pay: $21.70/hr – $36.95/hr northern New Mexico differential of $4.00/hr actual pay based on experience and qualifications.

• Repair, service, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Ensure optimal system performance to maintain a safe, comfortable, and compliant environment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Support continuous operation of facility utilities.
• Work varied days and hours per hospital schedule.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 to 5 years of general maintenance or specialized mechanical trade experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Valid NM driver's license and insurable.
