Position
Purpose:
To manage the absolute integrity, logistics, and compliance of the district's comprehensive testing program. This role ensures flawless test security, strict adherence to state and federal mandates, and the smooth execution of all digital and paper-based standardized assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Security & Compliance:
Serve as the primary authority on state and federal testing regulations. Investigate and document any testing irregularities, security breaches, or compliance infractions immediately. - Logistics & Material Management:
Coordinate the ordering, inventory, secure storage, auditing, and distribution of all physical testing materials. Manage digital testing rosters and user accounts within accounts within various state assessment portals. - Accommodation Auditing:
Partner closely with Special Education, 504, and English Learner (EL) departments to verify, implement, and audit testing accommodations for qualifying students. - Testing Infrastructure & Tech Setup:
Collaborate with the Information Technology department to ensure school networks, student devices, and testing applications are fully operational and secure prior to test windows. - Training & Standard Operating Procedures:
Create comprehensive district testing manuals. Conduct mandatory, high-stakes training sessions for school-level test coordinators and proctors on standardized testing protocols. - Data Verification:
Review and clean student demographic data files before and after testing windows to ensure accurate state reporting and accountability metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, teaching post or a related data/administrative field. 3+ years of experience managing large-scale testing logistics (e.g., as a school-level testing coordinator). Expert-level knowledge of state testing security laws, compliance guidelines, and student privacy regulations (FERPA). Exceptional organizational skills and experience navigating complex digital learning management or student information systems
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $55,200 to $75,003 Per Year
