What You’ll Bring
  • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with inpatient hospital experience
  • Skills in thoracentesis, endotracheal intubation, ventilator management, arterial line placement, and paracentesis
  • Commitment to delivering excellent patient care and continuously expanding clinical skills
  • Strong team mindset with a passion for collaboration
  • Ability to obtain a New Mexico medical license
What You’ll Experience
  • 15 tenhour shifts per month
  • Flexible schedule with no nights
  • Inpatient rounding, consults, and procedures
  • Manage a reasonable patient census (typically up to 12/day)
  • Supportive leadership that empowers providers
