We are seeking a dedicated RN, Registered Nurse House Supervisor - Nursing Administration (PRN) in Espanola, NM, to oversee and coordinate nursing operations during assigned shifts.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to hospital policies
- Monitor patient safety, staffing levels, and clinical workflows to maintain efficient operations
- Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and administration to address issues promptly
- Respond to emergencies and resolve complex clinical situations with sound judgment
- Assist with staff education, performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure
- Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills
