Position: Travel Registered Nurse - Operating Room - Espanola, New Mexico

With a 47-bed hospital and over 300 healthcare professionals, this assignment is ideal for those eager to work alongside interdisciplinary teams, experience a spectrum of cases, and develop skills in a supportive environment.

Schedule:
  • Weekly orientation on Mondays
Qualifications:
  • Active RN license with experience in the Operating Room
  • All current, required certifications must be submitted with your application (no onsite certification availability)
  • Must be located 60 miles or more from Espanola, NM to be considered for a travel role
  • Background check and fingerprinting compliant with New Mexico State requirements (14-day waiver available while awaiting results)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and patient-care skills
Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs in a high-paced environment
  • Ensure patient safety and appropriate documentation throughout procedures
  • Support patient recovery and post-operative care per facility guidelines
