Differential

This position is eligible for the Northern New Mexico differential of $4.00 per hour. (This differential may be adjusted or discontinued based on business requirements.)

Responsibilities

Presbyterian is seeking a Labor and Delivery/Mother‑Baby RN to provide expert care throughout childbirth and postpartum recovery. In this role, you will oversee patient care, coordinate with healthcare teams, and ensure optimal outcomes for mothers and newborns. Responsibilities include patient education, informed consent guidance, and supporting families in newborn care. You will maintain clinical competency, ensure compliance with hospital policies, and collaborate on care plans.

Strong communication, teamwork, and on‑call support are essential, as well as supervising home health aides and addressing various patient needs. If you’re passionate about maternal and newborn care, we invite you to join our team.

Qualifications
  • ADN, BSN, or MSN
  • New Mexico State or Multistate License
  • BLS, required at time of hire
