RN Nurse
Overview
Since 2012, Giving Home Health Care has been supporting individuals impacted by health conditions related to their work in nuclear facilities for the Department of Energy. With a focus on personalized, in‑home care, we are committed to assisting those who have dedicated their careers to these vital roles. We proudly serve patients across Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.
This is a W2 position with care provided at the patient’s residence in the Espanola Valley of New Mexico. The RN Bridge Nurse plays a vital role in supporting clinical operations by bridging staffing gaps in unassigned homes, ensuring acceptance and utilization of authorized care, promoting patient engagement, and supporting compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. When not actively filling staffing gaps, the RN Bridge Nurse contributes to clinical oversight through supervisory visits, documentation review, and nurse education.
Additional responsibilities include collaborating closely with the Operations team—including Care Team Directors, Staffing, and the Executive Director—to align field staffing strategies with patient needs. The RN Bridge Nurse reports directly to the Director of Nursing (DON) and maintains a dotted‑line relationship with the Executive Director to coordinate clinical and operational priorities.
Offers are contingent upon passing a background check. This role also offers a $5,000 bonus.
