Giving Home Health Care in Espanola, NM is seeking compassionate RN or LPN clinicians to administer in-home patient care under physician plans. This is a 1099 contract opportunity with care provided at the patient’s residence, enabling lasting relationships with patients you serve.
Shifts include five hours of care daily; RN rates up to $55/hour and LPN rates up to $35/hour, with assignments tailored to experience. You will collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, case managers and physicians.
