We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Espanola, NM to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician‑established care plan.
This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. The current scheduling needs for this position will be established between the HHA/CNA, patient, and case manager.

Shifts:
12 hours a week. Patient is open to visits on Saturday and Sunday and open to early to mid‑afternoon start times.
Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.
Responsibilities- Work with the patient in their home to provide one‑on‑one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.
- Assist with the patient’s activities of daily living as well as personal care.
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) according to plan of care.
- Remind patient to take medication as prescribed.
- Maintain records and documentation of services.
- Communication with the patient’s family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient.
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work on an as‑needed basis
- CPR certification
$15 - $20 an hour
