Customer Service Representative; Casual - Espanola

1. Salary: $20.82/hour.

• Engage customers with product knowledge and provide a best‑in‑class experience.
• Operate computerized cash registers and assist on the store floor.
• Assist with receiving inventory, unloading trucks, handling product, and stock replenishment.
• Maintain customer‑ready standards and perform other rotational duties.
• Lift cases up to 40lbs (18kg), stand continuously, and process customer transactions while ensuring a positive impression.

• Must be 18years or older and eligible to work in Canada.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers, coworkers, and trade representatives.
• Ability to work during peak periods such as evenings, weekends, holidays, and busy tourist seasons.
• Willingness to submit a criminal background check at own expense, if required.

• Casual hours depend on store needs and are scheduled in advance by the store manager.
• Availability during peak business periods (e.g., Christmas, tourist seasons) is required.
• Work may be called in on short notice.
