Securitas is seeking a Region Rover Supervisor to lead mobile security patrol operations across multiple client sites. In this on-site role, you will supervise rover officers, plan schedules and routes, and ensure high-quality, safety-focused patrol services. You will oversee incident response, complete and review detailed reports, and maintain compliance with client and company standards. The supervisor provides training, coaching, and performance feedback, promotes a professional, customer-service mindset, and serves as a key liaison with clients while supporting Securitas' mission of protecting people, property, and assets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and schedule region rover officers to provide mobile patrol coverage across assigned client locations
  • Monitor patrol routes, incident responses, and post orders to ensure compliance with Securitas and client standards
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and GPS/technology checks to verify patrol quality and documentation accuracy
  • Respond to escalated incidents, coordinate with clients and emergency services, and complete detailed incident reports
  • Train, coach, and evaluate rover officers on safety, procedures, customer service, and use of security technology
  • Serve as primary contact for client representatives, addressing concerns and communicating service updates
  • Review logs, reports, and alarm responses, identifying trends and recommending risk mitigation measures
  • Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and company policies, including uniform, licensing, and conduct standards
