Service Technician – Plunkett's

At Plunkett's, our technicians do more than treat pests. They solve problems and help customers feel safe and comfortable. As a Service Technician, you'll manage your own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships. This route services the Española and Santa Fe areas.

• Provide pest control services for homes and businesses
• Inspect properties and treat for common pests
• Build strong customer relationships
• Look for ways to grow your route through sales
• Use basic equipment and tools, working in indoor and outdoor conditions

• Comfortable talking with customers and selling services
• Self‑starter who thrives working independently
• Eager to learn; we’ll train and license you
• Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
• Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Bonus points: Experience in route sales, account management, or customer service

• Training Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour + uncapped sales incentives

Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
