The Stepping Stones Group is looking for a passionate Social Worker to join our team in Espanola, NM
!

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Valid NM PED Licensure in School Social Work (or LMSW/LCSW as applicable)
• Experience in special education, public school, or social work setting (preferred)
• Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and special education processes
• Skills in case management, crisis intervention, and behavior support planning

• Provide counseling, support, and intervention services to students
• Collaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support students' social-emotional well-being and academic success
• Assist with crisis intervention, behavioral planning, and community resource coordination
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP and student support meetings as needed
