Fed Ex Delivery Driver

Lazy SJ Corporation runs Fed Ex Ground routes out of Santa Fe and is hiring delivery drivers at $21.00 per hour. The schedule is Monday to Saturday, with routes starting at 7:30 AM.

Lazy SJ Corporation is a Fed Ex Ground contractor operating from its terminal in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The company provides P1000 and Transit delivery vehicles for rural and city routes serving Santa Fe, Espanola, Taos, and Los Alamos. Drivers receive 3 to 5 days of paid training at the same pay rate. Weekly pay is issued on Thursday.

The Job

You’ll deliver packages on rural and city routes in the Santa Fe area, using a company-provided P1000 or Transit. Routes cover 30–125 miles per day and involve loading and unloading packages, walking to delivery points, and frequent bending and lifting. Work continues until all packages are delivered.

Compensation

Starting pay $21.00 per hour

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs, with frequent bending and maneuvering in and out of the delivery vehicle
• Prior courier or delivery experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively

Monday to Saturday. Routes start at 7:30 AM and continue until all packages are delivered. The average workday is 8 hours.
