Trillium Staffing in Baltimore, MD, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III focused on process optimization and improvement in a highly hands-on manufacturing environment. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and significant experience (5+ years preferred) in metal forming, stamping, and heat treatment processes.
The ideal candidate will spend approximately 75% of their time on the production floor and will be involved in troubleshooting, process validation, and implementing manufacturing methods to enhance quality, throughput, and safety.
A competitive annual salary between $115,000 - $125,000 and bonus opportunities are offered.
