Are you an experienced family law practitioner? Do you love your work but want a change? Are you as passionate about finding NCDR solutions as we are and wanting to do so as pragmatically and proportionately as possible for your clients? If so, we may be the right fit for you (and vice versa).
We value our employees’ quality of life and are committed to achieving a genuine work/life balance. We know the role is demanding and we will support you to thrive in all aspects of your work.
We are a small, niche practice of solicitors, chartered paralegals, mediators and collaborative lawyers with a firm focus on constructive ways of working and with a sharp eye on client’s costs, as we understand this is part of achieving real client satisfaction.
We are a busy and expanding practice and we want to recruit an exceptional and committed individual who is capable of working independently and keen to build their own client base and professional connections.
We offer flexible working, and exciting career opportunities.
You will have a minimum of 2-3 years of family law experience and ideally be trained as a mediator (or collaborative lawyer), or have a genuine interest in undertaking this training in the future.
You will be highly organised, efficient, able to manage client expectations, handle a busy case load and to work to strict deadlines.
Above all you will be enthusiastic, caring and ambitious both for yourself and for your clients, whilst also valuing honesty and integrity and understanding the importance of making real connections with those you work with and for.
