- Analyze customer needs and provide solutions that align with our high standards of service.
- Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on various plumbing systems, ensuring compatibility with existing fixtures and regulations.
- Manage job documentation thoroughly and accurately, from initial assessment to job completion. Ensure all installations and services are executed professionally and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Perform drain cleanings and camera inspections
- Professionally interact with customers and clearly communicate work orders and statuses
- Pricing and payment collection on-site experience
- Ability to understand and use tablets, email, etc.
- Minimum 2 years of professional RESIDENTIAL experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to understand and use tablets, email, etc.
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record, background check and ability to pass a drug test
