3) to join a welcoming and supportive nursery setting in Chelmsford. This Nursery Practitioner position is ideal for a passionate early years professional who is committed to providing high-quality childcare and supporting children’s development in a nurturing environment.

About the Role
This Nursery Practitioner role is a full time position within a nursery that offers a flexible approach to childcare, including:

Full Day: 7.30am to 6.30pm
Half Day: 7.30am to 1.00pm or 1.00pm to 6.30pm
Various other flexible options available to meet individual needs

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework, planning engaging activities, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment, and building strong relationships with parents and colleagues.

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (essential)

• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting

• Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework

• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
