• Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time – On Site – Monday to Friday

• Lead and inspire catering teams to deliver exceptional food and outstanding customer service.
• Oversee the day-to-day running of catering operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
• Manage food preparation, presentation and service, maintaining consistently high standards.
• Develop and motivate your team through coaching, training and ongoing support.
• Build strong relationships with clients, customers and stakeholders.
• Take ownership of budgets, stock control, purchasing and cost management.
• Monitor financial performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure full compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety, HACCP and allergen regulations.
• Support menu planning and development, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the catering offer.
• Manage staffing levels, rotas and resources to meet operational requirements.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across all catering areas.
• Drive continuous improvement, ensuring catering services consistently meet customer expectations and business objectives.

• Previous experience in a Catering Manager, Chef Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar catering leadership role
  .
• A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop successful teams.
• Strong knowledge of catering operations, food service and customer service excellence.
• Good financial awareness, including experience managing budgets, food costs, stock and labour.
• A sound understanding of Food Safety, HACCP, allergens and Health & Safety requirements
  .
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for delivering high-quality food and memorable customer experiences.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent standards.
• A commitment to developing people, encouraging teamwork and creating a positive working environment.
• Experience with in contract catering, corporate catering, workplace dining or a similar environment would be advantageous.
