Groundworker

TRIbuild Solutions are seeking experienced multi-skilled Ground workers with proven skills in drainage, block paving and other activities on civils, infrastructure and construction projects. Working for a contractor delivering works airside and landside at Stansted Airport.
Duration 6-12 months, with strong likelihood of ongoing contract if performance is good.
Duties include - Site preparation, excavation, laying and levelling sub-base, installing drainage where required, cutting and laying blocks, and finishing to a high standard.
Applicants must be proficient in using hand and power tools, interpreting site plans, and working to tight deadlines while maintaining safety standards.
Requirements:

* Experience in block paving and general groundworks

* CSCS card

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Good attention to detail

* 5 years employment history & references required for Airside Security clearance
