Position

Installation Technician – 2-month contract at Livity Life, Essex Technology Enabled Care Service Centre.

Deliver, install, collect and service TEC equipment at customers’ homes and other locations across Essex. Perform maintenance and repair of equipment. Work independently and collaboratively with the team.

• Full UK driving licence (minimum 3 years) with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to load and unload goods, some of which may be heavy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience of PAT testing is an advantage, training can be provided.
• Van driving experience beneficial.
• Comfortable working with vulnerable people.
• Knowledge of Telecare and/or Community Equipment desirable but not essential; training provided.
• Previous relevant experience preferred; full training will be provided.
• Capable of working on own initiative and as part of a team.

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00.
