- On-target earnings up to £35,838.72
Comprising a base salary of £33,038.72
A monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £2,800 Per year
Join Halfords as a Mobile Vehicle Technician and become part of our growing Mobile Expert team, delivering workshop-quality servicing, maintenance and repair work at customers' homes and workplaces. Working from a fully equipped van and supported by smart technology, you'll manage your own day, build trusted customer relationships and use your technical skills to keep the nation moving.
What you'll be doingNo two days are the same as you use your technical expertise across a wide range of servicing, maintenance and repair work, helping to keep the nation moving.
Interim, Full and Major vehicle services
Brake pad, shoe and disc replacement
Steering, suspension and brake repairs
Vehicle inspections and fault diagnostics
Tyre fitting, puncture repairs and wheel balancing
Air conditioning servicing and re-gassing

What we're looking forNVQ level 2 or level 3 in vehicle maintenance & repair (or time-served experience)
Proven experience in a vehicle servicing & maintenance role
A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
Great communication skills and confidence dealing with customers
