Are you a Heat Pump Engineer or a Plumbing & Heating Engineer looking for a role with great progression opportunities and full training into renewables?

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established renewable energy company, delivering renewable energy solutions that offers training on heat pumps and progression into a supervisory role.

You'll be working primarily across London and Kent, with some projects in Essex, installing Air Source Heat Pumps across domestic retrofit and new-build properties. With a fairly local patch there will be opportunities to finish early offering a good work life balance.

The company is genuinely committed to training and progressing the right person. You'll receive full Mitsubishi manufacturer training, alongside hands‑on support from experienced engineers when you join.

The ideal candidate will have experience installing Air Source Heat Pumps or a strong background in plumbing and heating, with a professional, hands‑on approach. Full training will be provided on the heat pump side for the right candidate.

The Role

• Installing Air Source Heat Pump systems (training provided)
• Working on domestic retrofit and new-build properties.
• Installing hot water cylinders and associated hydraulics.
• Ensuring all installations are completed safely and to a high standard.

The Person

• Experience installing Air Source Heat Pumps or a strong Plumbing & Heating background.
• G3 Unvented and NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating or ACS Gas safe
• Keen to develop their skills within renewable energy and progress long term.
