Multi Trader Reactive Maintenance
Benfleet & Thurrock
£22 per hour cis
Van & Fuel Card Provided
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a busy Reactive Maintenance team, carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties across Benfleet and Thurrock.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled, multi-trade operative who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and providing excellent customer service in tenants' homes.
Key Duties:- Carry out a range of reactive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties.
- Complete works across multiple trades, including carpentry, basic plumbing & wet trades
- Carry out repairs to doors, locks, skirting, architraves, kitchens, flooring and other general property maintenance.
- Diagnose and complete repairs efficiently, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
- Work safely and professionally while providing a high level of customer service to tenants.
- Complete all required paperwork and job updates accurately.
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader or Multi Skilled Operative within reactive maintenance.
- Previous experience working within social housing or occupied properties.
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent trade qualification.
- Full UK driving licence.
