Full product training is provided, making this a strong step for engineers from CCTV, alarms, ticketing, vending, or car park equipment backgrounds who want to develop in a specialist, future-focused industry.

The Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will:

  • Carry out repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance on parking and access control systems
  • Work on a range of hardware including cameras, kiosks, barriers, PCs, printers, touchscreens, and Moxa switches
  • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software-related faults

  • Ticketing or vending machines
  • Car park equipment (barriers, pay stations, access control)
  • Intercom or access systems
  • PC-based or software-driven hardware
  • Cabling, terminating, and basic electrical work

Note:

Pure IT/networking or ATM-only backgrounds are not the right fit for this role.
