You will work with photonics, electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to deliver scalable, low-loss, cost-effective packaging architectures.
The role requires 8+ years in semiconductor packaging with photonics focus and hands-on experience in photonic alignment and optical coupling. Travel up to 25% may be needed.
