CDM Smith is seeking a Lead Substation Physical Engineer to drive the design and execution of EHV substations (230 kV–765 kV). This hybrid role is based in a CDM Smith office, blending hands-on engineering with project leadership and mentor-ship of junior staff.
You will oversee technical deliverables, coordinate with clients and vendors, manage budgets and schedules, and contribute to engineering standards and tools development. A PE license and 12 years of experience are expected.
