Global Foundries seeks an electrical engineering-focused intern to develop and qualify world-class semiconductor technologies for its 200mm fabricator. You will work with the technology development integration and process teams to advance CMOS, SiGe and GaN technologies for RF applications.
Basic device physics, semiconductor processing knowledge, and fluent English are required. Prior internship or co-op experience is a plus, with a Master’s/PhD in a semiconductor discipline beneficial.
