• Supply Chain Security Specialist ensures best security practices, as defined by the United States Government and IBM Consulting security experts, are maintained within a commercial microelectronics manufacturing supply chain ecosystem.
• Job Duties: Implement and maintain the security requirements as defined by the client (see time allocation below).
  • Job Duty 1 with time allocation: 70%
  • Job Duty 2 with time allocation: 10%
  • Job Duty 3 with time allocation: 10%
  • Job Duty 4 with time allocation: 10%
• Other Responsibilities:
  • Performs threat reduction measures, crisis management, consequence management, and training. Performs security, threat, vulnerability, interoperability, and capability assessments.
  • Identifies and implements security measures including plans, policies, and procedures; risk management planning; physical and cyber security; mechanical, structural, and architectural reviews; and business continuity planning.
  • Supports training activities with emphasis on monitoring and measuring performance, implementing lessons learned, enforcing standards, and test scenarios.

  • USG Security Clearance required; candidate to acquire. Offer contingent upon gaining and maintaining SECRET clearance.
  • IT Certification:
    Security+, CISA, CISM, or CISSP required. Certification to be gained within 12 months of starting on the project.

  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
